Base paid monthly. Tip pool split equally across on-shift crew. Personal performance bonus on top of base. Staff meal every shift.
Full salary from day 1 — no probation cut. Six-month reviews, honest feedback. Path to shift lead, and to multi-site roles if a second location opens.
